"Music is the best medicine the world has ever seen; it is a direct voice of pure creativity. To heal, we should listen and learn to play an instrument"

  • Born ´85 in Vienna, son of a passionate drum teacher and maker and an ever most loving mother, I grew up sincere in the countryside of Austria. Since I can think, I've always had a deep passion for music and the feeling of freedom it evoked. At the age of 17 I started learning from my dad Afro Cuban Music, but specially the background and love for ethnic Instruments and Rhythms brand marked me and stayed engraved in my heart forever. His way of teaching still reflect in my own music Workshops today.
Shortly after I started playing Conga I met the Hang for the first time in the year 2005, and it strokes me like so many others. I kept playing, and I kept journeying with the music, inwardly and to many places around the globe. A free soul expanding inner and outer horizons. I have a strong affirmation to Middle and South America and Asia. Mexico and India are the countries
I've visited for extended periods of time even before I finished school.
I think I learned more useful stuff there than I ever did in school.
The richness of each culture, its different instruments, rhythms and sounds always fascinated and inspired me deeply. Especially those where the ancestral roots are still alive.
Since my early twenties I dedicate my whole life to music, living a very simple life, having nothing but dedication and passion, a couple of like minded friends and a lions' heart roaring all I need is love.

A strong dedication came to make music from the heart, for the heart to arrive fully in the heart. With the guidance of plant medicine and mentors of mystery schools, I started to walk an ongoing path of healing ancestral wounds. So it came that I started to use and open my voice for singing.
Singing is for me today the best tool to connect to my heart. I try to sing every day, not because I want to become a singer, I don´t like my voice too much, but because it is medicine to me.

  • I've been performing and teaching Internationally speaking the common language of music in Australia, Russia, Greece, Spain, Switzerland, Hungary and performing in Portugal, Denmark, England, Germany, France, Netherlands, Croatia, Ecuador, Mexico, Costa Rica, Colombia, Brazil, India and Indonesia. Music goes beyond religion and boarders, people are different in countries and continents, but music connects us all, it is a universal language.

  • If I weren't asked by people if I could give them some Handpan lessons it would probably never have occurred to me to teach, not only because I did not study music in a classical way, but I was so busy enjoying creating and playing music that I thought teaching is boring anyway. Being invited to teach at the Handpan Summer School beside David Kuckhermann, Jeremy Nattagh and Kate Stone, I realized that have something to give to people on their musical journey and made me confident to include teaching into my life. Today I feel very happy to help and guide people into their own journey of music. Knowing the immense value music and art has in my own life, I am very happy to share with people who feel the same call to explore that treasure within themselves. Making music makes our heart fly away on wings of joy.

  • I studied sound engineering, so today I am able to record and produce my own albums and whenever I had some money I spend it on a few better microphones. My first Album Hang Sphere was recorded with only one SM58 which probably wouldn´t be finished until today if I weren't relying on selling cd's busking in the streets of Barcelona. My second Album „live in Mexico“ was entirely recorded with the ZoomH4. Luckily, the sound quality of my recordings improved over the years.
Later on I recorded and produced the Freedom Café Album „Cantos de Medicina“ and the Duo Project with Sylvia Kirchherr „Dreamtime“. I took part in countless projects and collaborations, produced sound designs and music for trailers and movies in my home studio, which over time grew more and more to high-end professional Audio gear and music production. I simply love to edit and arrange songs and music on the computer. When I have free time, this is what I do if I am not somewhere in Nature.

friends make this world a better place ang give true value to life

Collaborations and friendship are a essential part of my journey as a musician. Playing music with friends is one of the most valuable things for me. Some fruitful encounters blossomed in these beautiful music albums which are recorded in the Temple of Sounds music Studio.
